• Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

All payments on Western Vault are processed securely through PayU Payments.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking as supported by PayU.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver physical goods to the shipping address provided in your user profile.

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout. While we aim for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
• Address Errors: Users are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the user.
